There will be a maximum number of 500 Adult Members and 50 Junior Members. An Individual Membership counts as one (1) Member, and a Husband and Wife count as two (2) Members. Management has the right to increase or decrease the number of Memberships.

Junior and College Membership Restrictions

To be eligible for a Junior Membership you must be 17 years of age and younger as of April 1, 2025. Proof of age will be required.

All Junior Members 12 years old or younger MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian when playing until Pembroke Pines Country Club, LLC management certifies that he/she can play unaccompanied by an adult.

Junior Members will have restricted tee times. Please refer to the "TEE TIMES" section below.

Fairway Prime

As a Fairway Prime Member, you can book discounted rates at both of the Total Golf Management properties. Discounts are $5 off the public greens fee and $5 off the public cart rate. This cannot be combined with any other offers. The course where you sign up is considered your home course and where you can participate in member events. Your Fairway Prime benefits expire at the end of the referenced golf season. To enjoy the benefits next year, you need to reload the amount above for the level of your choosing. In order to keep your Fairway Prime balance, you must renew your membership by April 1st or request it to be transferred to a gift card. Anyone that does not renew or put a request into the TGM Office by April 1st forfeits any funds remaining. Fairway Prime is excluded from all simulator tee time sales.

Transferability

Pembroke Pines Country Club Season Passes are for the sole use of the individual(s) whose name(s) they are in. Memberships are NOT transferable. Any such transfer or attempted transfer will automatically terminate the Membership. For example, range members may not give their range membership tokens to non-members.

Term

The above Membership and accompanying privileges will be effective during the 2025 golf season, which is anticipated to be from April 15, 2025, through the end of October. The golf season may be shorter or longer as determined by weather and course conditions. Once the agreement year has ended, applicants must re-apply for the following year. Management reserves the right not to extend Membership privileges from one year to the next.

Power Carts & Pull Carts

Power Carts and Pull Carts are not included in Member fees. There is an extra charge for these items. Pembroke Pines Country Club will be offering Power Cart Discounts through the Pro Shop. These discounts will only be available to Pembroke Pines Members and those who play in leagues at Pembroke Pines. All members when playing at our sister locations will have a $15.00 per person cart fee with their cart membership if they do not have a cart membership at their home course, they will be charged the discounted member cart rate of $25 for 18 holes or $19 for 9 holes.

Tee Times

Members will have the ability to call up to 14 days in advance for tee times. Tee times may be made by calling the pro shop, booking online through our website, or by making a tee time in person with an attendant in the Pro Shop. We will not accept tee times left on the voicemail system. All tee times must be made with a member of the pro shop personnel over the telephone or in person.

Management reserves the right to hold no more than three (3) tee times per hour for the general public on weekends and holidays until 11:00 am.

Junior Members not accompanied by an adult may not make tee times before 12:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. If a Junior would like to play before this time, he/she will be charged normal green fees.

Tee times may only be made for you and your group. You may not make tee times for individuals not in your group. If you have less than four people in your group, the pro shop has the right to pair your group with other individuals to complete the foursome. An individual cannot book multiple tee times in a foursome; all individuals must be identified and check in at the Pro Shop.

Cancellations must be made no later than close of business the day prior to your tee time. In the event that you do not cancel in time or do not show, and we are unable to fill your tee time, there will be a no show fee of 50% of the published rate for the green tee time. After repeated offenses, management reserves the right to restrict your tee time privileges.
