Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to your tee time. If the change or cancellation is not made within 24 hours, the credit card holder will be held responsible for all players in the group and charged a no-show fee. Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website or by email request. All changes and cancellations should be made promptly by calling the Pro Shop at (603) 210-1365.

Pembroke Pines Country Club Policies
Dress Code
- Collared shirts and appropriate golf attire are required.
- No denim, cut-offs, or athletic wear allowed.
- Golf shoes with soft spikes or flat-soled shoes are mandatory.
Tee Time Reservations
- Tee times can be booked up to 7 days in advance for members and 3 days in advance for guests.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time to avoid penalty fees.
Check-In
- All players must check in at the pro shop at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time.
- Each player must have their own set of golf clubs.
Pace of Play
- Players are expected to maintain a reasonable pace of play, with a goal of completing 18 holes in 4 hours and 30 minutes or less.
- Marshals have the authority to enforce pace of play and may ask slower groups to skip holes or allow faster groups to play through.
Golf Cart Usage
- Golf carts are mandatory for all players, unless otherwise approved by the pro shop.
- Carts must be kept at least 30 feet away from greens and tees, and should follow designated cart paths where available.
- No more than two riders and two golf bags per cart.
Course Maintenance
- Players are responsible for repairing ball marks on greens, raking bunkers, and filling divots with sand.
- Avoid causing damage to the course, including removing divots or striking trees with clubs.
Etiquette and Safety
- Respect other players by avoiding distracting noises or movements during play.
- Shout "Fore!" immediately if your ball is heading towards other players or if there is a risk of hitting someone.
- Allow faster groups to play through if your group is causing delays.
Food and Beverage
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the course, with the exception of water.
- Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the club and consumed responsibly.
Inclement Weather
- The pro shop or course marshals have the authority to suspend play due to inclement weather, such as lightning or heavy rain.
- If play is suspended, players must immediately seek shelter and follow the instructions of the pro shop or marshals.
Liability
- Players are responsible for any damage caused to golf carts, rental clubs, or the course itself.
- The club is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the course or in the clubhouse.
